Parking, charging and arriving
Parking is free. The covered garage takes no tickets and enforces no time limits, valet is free, and two EV charging spaces sit between the casino building and the hotel at no charge. There is space for larger vehicles — if you are arriving by motorcoach, tell us first through the group enquiry page so we can plan the arrival.
The casino floor is open 24 hours. Restaurant hours vary by venue, so check the dining pages before you travel — Palm Court Café for something quick, Jubilee Buffet for a full sitting, and Blue Bayou Bar & Grill for dinner with a Gulf view. Free live music runs at the Stage Bar on Friday and Saturday nights; what's on each night is listed on the events calendar.

- About an hour by car from downtown New Orleans, east along I-10 and south to the beach at Bay St. Louis. Gulfport is roughly forty minutes away and Biloxi around fifty.
- Is parking free?

- Are digital IDs accepted?
