Your host on the coast

A casino host is your direct line into the property. Rather than working through a call centre, you deal with one person who can see your Slipper Rewards play, understand what you enjoy and arrange the visit around it — a room on the nights you want, a table at Blue Bayou Bar & Grill before the band starts, a seat held during a busy promotion, or help sorting out an offer that did not arrive.

Hosts also look after returning groups and friends who travel together, coordinate with the hotel on early arrivals and late departures where availability allows, and make sure your account details and mail preferences are correct. If something did not go the way it should have on a previous trip, tell your host — that feedback goes straight to the department involved.
