Before you set off
Silver Slipper Casino & Hotel sits on the sand at 5000 South Beach Blvd in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi — about an hour east of New Orleans and forty minutes west of Gulfport. The casino floor never closes, the hotel has 129 rooms and suites, and the Beach Club infinity pool looks straight out over the Gulf. Most questions we take by phone are about three things: who can come in, what identification is accepted, and what is open when.
The single most important rule is the age policy. This is a 21+ property, and it applies to every part of the building — the casino, all three restaurants, the hotel and the pool. Bring a physical government-issued photo ID or a current passport; a phone-based ID cannot be used for anything gaming related, including Player Services, the Cage, the Sports Book, the tables and the slots.

Questions and answers
- Is Silver Slipper a 21+ property?
- Yes. Only guests 21 years of age or older are permitted in the casino, the restaurants, the hotel and the Beach Club pool area. No one under 21 is admitted to the building for any reason. You may be asked for identification at the door, and without proper ID you will not be permitted to enter.
- Do you accept digital identification such as LA Wallet or MS Mobile ID?
- Electronic identification is not accepted for gaming activities. At Player Services, the Cage, the Sports Book, on tables and at slots, you must present a physical, current, government-issued photo ID or passport. Electronic ID may be accepted in the restaurants and at retail.
- Do you have a hotel?
- Yes. Our 129-room hotel opened in May 2015 and sits directly on the beach beside the casino. Non-smoking and smoking rooms are available, as are accessible rooms. Check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m.
- Do you have a pool?
- Yes. The Beach Club is home to the only infinity pool on the Gulf Coast sitting right off the beach. The pool is open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., weather permitting, and is complimentary for registered hotel guests aged 21 and over. There are no day passes.
- Do you have a poker room?
- No dedicated poker room, but the table games floor deals poker-based games including Cajun Stud, Three-Card Prime, Mississippi Stud®, Ultimate Texas Hold'em® and Face Up Pai Gow Poker®.
- Do you allow animals on the property?
- Only specifically trained service animals assisting an individual with a disability are permitted in the casino, the restaurants and the hotel. Pets are not allowed. Emotional support animals are not permitted in the casino. Please contact the hotel before travelling if you have a question about your animal.
- Do you have electric vehicle charging stations?
- Yes. Two EV charging spaces sit between the casino building and the hotel and are free of charge for guests while they are visiting. Open lot parking, the covered garage and valet are also free.
- I am a Players Club member but I have not received anything from Silver Slipper.

- How do I request a win/loss statement?
- Complete the win/loss statement request form on this site. Requests are processed by Players Services, and the statement is issued for the calendar year you select.
- Is the casino open 24 hours?
- Yes. The casino floor is open 24 hours a day, every day. Restaurant, bar and pool hours vary — check the dining pages for current service times.
